Young Leaders' Academy & Young Women's Academy

The need to train younger leaders for future ministry is vital. In Scripture Paul challenged Timothy, 'the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to reliable men who will be qualified to teach others also.' (2 Tim 2:2). This verse encompasses training leaders over 4 generations - Paul to Timothy; Timothy to 'reliable men'; reliable men to 'others'.

2 Timothy 2:2 is the inspiration behind our Younger Leaders' Academy (for young male leaders aged 20-30), and our Young Women's Academy (for young women aged 20-30). The aim of the men's group is to select young men who have shown great potential in the life of the church, and train them in biblical preaching, Bible doctrine, church history and spiritual accountability.

Our women's group prepares young women for small group leadership, setting a clear vision for biblical womanhood, and training in doctrine, church history and spiritual accountability in line with the men.

We are convinced that we need to invest thoroughly today in the next generation of leaders, so that young men and women will lead the church of tomorrow with godly character, firmly biblical convictions, and a deep desire to witness for Christ.
